Job DescriptionGlobal Talent Acquisition - Process Experience and Analytics (PEA) Team in Human Resources strives to make hiring at Intel better and so could you. The PEA team capabilities include systems, processes, knowledge management, business process improvements, project management and more. Job Description: In this position, you will be acting as a regional Talent Acquisition Business Analyst Lead. You will be working with regional and global Talent acquisition stakeholders and with stakeholders across HR. You will be representing the voice of our customers, striving and influencing to find the right solutions to enable them to focus on their core job. In addition you will be responsible for identifying and troubleshooting system and process issues, providing resolutions and implementing them. You will also drive for optimizing existing hiring processes with the key drivers of efficiency and effectiveness. You will be involved/lead regional and global Small-Med projects, so you should have experience in full development lifecycle of projects right from requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, handling TCM, stabilization and sustaining activities.
Qualifications MSc degree OR BSc degree in related field with minimum of 5 years of related work experience (as a Business Analyst/Project manager/Similar) Other required skills: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functional and geographic boundaries Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fast learning skills Knowledge and experience managing and improving systems and processes within an organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Project management experience in leading Small-Med scale regional/global projects related to systems Willing to work in a global environment and through virtual teams Prioritization / ZBB capabilities
