Job Description
AVASO is a Global IT Service company and expanding in Asian countries, we are currently looking for a dynamic IT field service engineer to expand our team in Singapore. AVASO offers a long term employment with a solid foundation of our core values where employees come first.
we are looking for engineer with,
i. Minimum 2-10 years experience in IT services support primarily IT Infrastructure field support, Desktop, Servers, Network, Datacentre environment.
ii. Should be willing to travel to customers office for support on demand basis, having own vehicle is preferred.
iii. Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems.
iv. Engineer need to support Windows 10 and Windows 7 based desktops with Office products, Office 365, Antivirus, .
v. Should have knowledge of PC, Desktop & Servers, Network hardware and be able to do hardware maintenance, replacement of spare parts
vi. Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
vii. Should be able to support small or medium network printers, troubleshooting and connectivity
viii. Should be willing to learn new technologies, take certifications as required
ix. Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction based activities at sites.
x. Knowledge of CISCO routers and switches for physical installation and Smart hand support, CCNA will be an advantage.
xi. Should have knowledge of OS Image installation on network
xii. Provide field support for Servers and network equipment in coordination with remote support team.
xiii. Should have basic experience with networks, be able to load the network IOS and connect cables etc as directed
xv. Should be willing to support logistics, stocktake, spare part packing and movement as required
xvi. Support telephony and video conferencing devices

xviii. Good written and oral communications skills with English and native language is preferred
