Maintain & Evolve best-practice methodologies based on KPIs for incident/change/problem management in a global, 24x7, high-volume, high-availability, production environment.Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all Network infrastructure systems globally including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, backup strategies and so on.
Develop and drive the development of innovative network operations processes and tools from concept to delivery.
Lead network operations projects, including budgeting, planning, implementation, maintenance, administration, staffing and logistics.
Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
Lead rollout of new technologies such as SD WAN and tools and recommend capability improvements to network and security operations.
Ensure that information security and risk management are embedded within the culture requiring continuous improvement to a complex set of functions to handle security and compliance risks related to information systems and assets.
Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for network emergencies.
Planning network infrastructure for new applications and services.
Managing and implementing Operational practices and Strategies to ensure 99.5% plus availability and High Resilience of Network in 25 plus Global sites.
Managing Critical Network Devices in In House Data Centres.
Design appropriate Networks based on project site requirements.
Strong interface with 3rd parties and IT Security team for implementation of appropriate Network solutions.
Bachelor's degree in computer science.
Educated to degree level or relevant IT Network related technical certifications.
CCNA or CCNP highly desirable
ITIL V2/V3 Foundation Certificate essential, ITIL Intermediate Certification
SD WAN technology
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware.
Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including TCP/IP
Educated to degree level or relevant IT Network related technical certifications.
CCNA or CCNP highly desirable
ITIL V2/V3 Foundation Certificate essential, ITIL Intermediate Certification

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware.
