Detailed Description and Job Requirements
An hands-on experienced professional passionate about learning, delivering trainings and mentoring juniors and other team members on the latest product versions, tools and technologies. An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of Oracle CAGBU BSS products and solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong C, C++ programming skills and knowledge on Java technologies. Experience in C/C++, Oracle 12c/19c, PL / SQL, PCM Java, BRM Web service, Scripting language (perl/python).
  • Strong understanding of BRM/ECE/PDC Architecture and hands-on experience working on BRM configurations for Real time / offline Rating, Product configuration using PDC, Real time/Batch rating, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Payment Handling, Taxation, Invoicing Customization, Discount Configuration.
  • Should be self sufficient in setting up environments for training purpose, creating training activities and plans and delivering hands-on training to the team on Oracle CAGBU BSS product/solutions like BRM/ECE/PDC, BCUI etc.
  • Passionate about teaching/training juniors, mentoring and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Exposure of Customer implementations for three or more BRM implementations
  • Policy customization using PCM C or PCM Java, Writing MTAs, delayed billing.
  • Domain Knowledge of Convergent billing and the various modules involved in the same
  • Exposure to one of the configuration and release management tool like SVN, GIT, CVS etc. Exposure to any of defect tracking tool like Jira, Red mine etc.

Desirable Functional/Technical Skills:
  • Domain knowledge on Pre-paid, Post-paid Billing areas for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service provider.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience on Product modelling using PDC and online and Offline Rating using ECE.
  • Good problem solving, troubleshooting & communication skills.
  • Exposure working with cloud tools, technologies and framework
  • Should have experience working on waterfall or Agile/Scrum or iterative model projects and should be flexible to work on DevOps environment.
