. Advance troubleshooting skills for Cisco Unified Communication service.
CUCM, Unity connection, Cisco Voice Gateways, Expressway, MRA, CUPS
. Call Manager Express/Unified Communications Manager Express Unity Express.
. Experience on Cisco Expressway, SBC etc.
. Understanding of fundamental network technologies (VPNs, NAT, etc.)
. Qualified on Network, LAN/WAN topologies and protocols
