Job Description

We're hiring for US/Canada Travel Sales and Customer Service Executive for Noida location.

Job Roles -

1. Effectively handling sales enquiries and convert them to revenue.

2. Persuade and negotiate with the client to close travel package deals.

3. US/Canada Flights Selling / Campaign Calling mandate.

4. Follow up with the new customers and with the existing customers with their post booking query.

Job Requirements ( MUST HAVES )

1. Experience in flight sales and international market exposure

2. Min 6 months experience in international travel sales UK/US process.

Desirables -

1. Confidence and excellent sales skills.

2. Willing to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

3. Should be able to interact with US clients effectively.

4. Should have good US geographical knowledge

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Willing to work for 24/7 Shift & Rotational Week OFF

7. Amadeus GDS experience and fluency in English.
