Netsuite Functional Architect @ Jstreams Solutions

Translate business requirements into acceptance criteria and well-architected solutions that best leverage the NetSuite platform.
Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements
Architect solutions for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or complex technical components.
Actively contribute to functional design sessions, effort estimations, and document functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
Identify gaps between current and desired end states.
Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery.
Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets.
Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications
Good to having knowledge about NetSuite development platform (SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript2.0, SuiteFlow etc), reduce technical debt, and implement best practices that sustainably achieve strategic business objectives.

8-10 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.
Consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce.com, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards would be added advantage.
4+ years of NetSuite functional consultant.
Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations
Project team leadership experience.
Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required
Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer.
Strong communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work within project teams, and collaborate cross-departmentally
Ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical resources
Ability to guide customer based on leading practices
Ability to manage multiple projects
Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with
Accounting, Sales Force Automation, or any global solution.
Pre-sales consulting experience.
Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
Masters degree or post graduate coursework preferred.
Finance/accounting background a plus
Focused industry vertical solution experience a plus
NetSuite product certification a plus
