JOB DESCRIPTION
about the role
Looking for someone who have good experience on DevOps tools like Ansible, AWX, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes with some knowledge of different Cloud Solution.
Key Result Area:
- Development and manage DevOps solutions
- Design Solution with DevOps technologies
- Prepare roadmap for Automation solution
- Design end to end Automation solution for Cloud Customers
- Build and Manage solution with Docker and Kubernetes
- Customer and Vendor management
- Provide Level-3 support to Level-2 teams and Orange External / Internal customers
- Provide Knowledge Transfer to the L2 teams and other stakeholders
- Provide On-Call support on request basis
- Validate new Products Features and Major Releases related to DevOps automation solution
- Ensure the development and maintenance of Service and Product catalog
- Ensure service are available, reliable, and work at optimum performance
- Management of Mean Time To Restore Service targets
- Provision of technical consultancy to development plans and projects
about you
Relevant Experience:
- Total 9 to 12 years of experience in Cloud Automation and Tools
- Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps tools like Ansible, Git, Jenkins etc..
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Docker and Kubernetes
Desired skills/knowledge:
- Proven working experience in Ansible and AWX with development of Ansible Playbooks
- Hands on knowledge for preparing HLD and LLD document for services
- Proven working experience in Jenkins and Git with build and release management
- Good experience in Container management systems such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Designed and implemented DevOps solution architecture
- Contribute in all phases of the product release lifecycle
- Experience on scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python etc..)
- Experience on Window & Unix OS and virtualization platform
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools like Chef, Puppet etc..
- Preparation of HLD/LLD for new services
- Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology networking/security solutions, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS for example AWS, Azure infrastructure
- Strong problem-solver, proven ability to sort through complex issues and actively participate in development of alternative solutions or approaches
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- ITIL processes such as Incident management, Problem management, Release management etc..
