Job Description

- 2-7 years of Experience in Assembly/Welding/Checking Fixture design using CREO, Solidworks
- High Proficiency 3D Design of Jigs & Fixtures for Heavy Engineering Products from Off-highway , Rail Industries
- Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic clamping methodology
- Experience in heavy fabricated structural design
- Sound knowledge in GD&T
- Manufacturing Drawing creation
- BOM Creation
- Experience in Manufacturing Drawing Quality check
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Metallurgy and Heat Treatment
- Good communication skills
Technical Skills :Fixture Design, Tool Design, Welding Fixture Design , Assembly Fixture Design
Softwares : CATIA V5, Solidworks, 3D Experience
