Role : Domestic IT Recruiter/HR Recruiter.

Location : Madhurawada , Visakhapatnam

Experience: Fresher/Intern - 3yrs.

Eligibility Criteria: B.SC (Computers), B.Tech (Computers & IT), MBA (HR).

Responsibilities:

Handle End to End Recruitment process as Recruiter for Domestic process.
Sourcing, Initial Screening the profiles as per the given criteria with reference to Qualification, Experience ,Communication skills etc.
Sourcing profiles from various Portals, social media, references.
Conducting initial interviews to determine the experience, skill level and probe the candidate for his/her responsibility in the projects.
Schedule interviews and co-coordinate with the candidates, technical panel for next levels of interviews till closure.
.Salary negotiation.
