Job Description
Key responsibilities
. Executing the E2E Global Containers Sales operations process - Direct impact on top line and bottom-line.
. Customer focus and prompt issue resolution.
. Prior experience in B2B Customer service/ Customer success domain
. Ensuring good communication and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
. Handle complete end to end Finance activities for sales.
. Managing the recovery of overdue payments and keeping track of customer finance account statement.
. For Approved Sold containers - Ensuring disposal of container in RKEM, creation of SAP invoice & clearing invoice with payment.
. Handling customer post sale queries & assistance with sale order.
. Coordinating with depot & Equipment teams to make the container available for pickup.
. Maintaining sale records, invoice & payment details.
. Managing Maersk Sales Website & aid Sales Managers, depot & Customer.
. Responsible for completion of Order Sale Cycle
. Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:00 AM) with fixed weekend offs
. Knowledge of Container/Shipping/Logistics will be preferred
We are looking for
. 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
. Prior experience in customer service or customer facing role
. Good analytical and project management skills
. Leadership experience is an advantage
. Continuous night shift with fix weekend off
