Job Description

1) Develop a database of qualified leads of BFSI clients through different mediums like print, social media, referrals, competitors, etc for prospective clients
2) Telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking
3) Interacting with potential corporate clients to provide end to end online Recruitment Solutions which includes Resume Database Access, Job Postings, Qhire services, Branding, Virtual Career Fair, Quinton, etc
4) Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposals and presentations with clients, and customizing solutions region-specific. Manage complex sales situations & acquire new clients. Following complete sales cycle and ensuring booking payment collection.
5) Will be responsible for sales and acquisition of clients in the assigned territory.
6) Will be entitled to incentives on the achievement of Targets of selling Monster online recruitment solutions
7) Sales management to drive both volume and value business
8) Institutional tie-up for mobilizing candidates in bulk
9) Strategizing and planning various mega hiring events like Virtual career Fairs which would involve mobilization of corporates, candidates & institutions
10) Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies

1) You possess Excellent communication skills to inspire stakeholders and represent the brand
2) You feel passionate about bridging the gap between employers and candidates and helping in the larger cause of facilitating employment
3) Can do rational attitude with a strong personal motivation to achieve
4) A deep understanding of agile new age Product
5) You enjoy solving problems, love taking on challenges, and finding creative solutions
6) You don- t get flustered easily and if you don- t know the answer, you will dig until you find it
7) You pay attention to details and anything worth is worth doing right, every single time.
8) You stay focused and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
Qualification:

The candidate should be an MBA from a reputed B school or Semi Qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience in Business Development Marketing/ Recruitment, ability to lead a team of 5-6 persons with a go-getter attitude, and passion to make a difference.
