Job Description

Responsibilities:
Sourcing and first-level evaluation of candidates for all Technology Hiring.
Manage focused hiring drives
Sourcer with strong Screening, Sourcing &Head hunting with 1-3 yrs. of experience. Experience in sourcing for niche skills.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements.
Manage Interview schedules.
Strong understanding of various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & IIM Jobs.
Look for referrals from internal and external Networks
Utilize Social networking platforms for closing Niche positions
Update Various candidate databases.
Should be flexible to work on weekends, support
