Required Technical and Professional Expertise
6-10 years of working experience in IT Industry
Expertise in Aras Innovator PLM development and upgrade projects.
Solid experience in ARAS PLM configuration and development experience using C# /JavaScript
3+ years of experience working in Agile/scrum development model.
Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C++, C#, .Net, SQL server and Internet Information Server (IIS).
Experience in ARAS PLM software package deployment in Dev, QA and Prod.
Proven ability to interface with highly technical resources, both on-shore and off-shore.
Proficient in design, develop, test, document, and deploy system configuration changes, workflows.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Working in Scrum/Agile is an advantage.
Participate as an active team member, practice effective listening and effective collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to timely, high quality and error free deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Proactive in managing issues and problems, comfortable with ambiguity.
