Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) A/SA

JD for Sr. Developer /Developer

Experience: 4-10 Years
Qualification:

Master Degree / B-Tech/BE/ degree in computer science, electronics, IT or another technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain processes spreading across the industry leading tool platform of SFMC
Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.
Experience in analysing business requirements and map them to technical flows
Understanding of CAN-SPAM, Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements like Sender's Configuration
Experience of Integrating with CRM platform (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud /MS Dynamics etc.) to push/pull data
