Job Description -

• Plans, prepares, obtains approvals on departmental/unit's budget and
  

monitors cost to ensure budget remains in line with the business plan and flags
variances to implement corrective actions.

• Brainstorms and determines analytic approach to business problem and
  

develops appropriate project plan to identify solutions to assist business
leaders prioritize and achieve business objectives.

• Liaises with business areas and clients to obtain or exchange business relevant
  

information to identify business dynamics and market trends and assess
training and change requirements and enables effective decision making.
