Expert Advisors ConsultantsYour Role and Responsibilities
The Essential Management Advisor team ensure the client workload and applications are configured, running proper process, this role is for a senior architect level expert or data scientist with excellent ability to be able to support and advise clients on solution design, architecture, and business transformation. Working closely & collaboratively with the Expert Operations Support and Administrator teams, the Expert Advisor is expected to have excellent communication skills, and strong business acumen as talking with client executives is part of the roles and responsibilities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8+ years overall Experience & developing client relationships and strong rapport.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks and situations across multiple accounts.
Excellent problem-identifying skills, able to solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to pay attention to detail and the ability to help resolve technical issues.
Experience and knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS/IBM Cloud/Azure/Google).
Working knowledge of OS (Linux, Windows)
Ability to communicate effectively and experience presenting technical topics.
Team player and willing to learn, especially new technologies
Fundamental and/or strong knowledge in following technology & skills is an advantage. (Java, Shell scripting, Python, Kubernetes, Containers, Perl etc. )
Experience in the IBM Products: Cloud Paks, WebSphere Application Server, Tivoli Monitoring, Instana, Watson AIOps.
Experience of concepts of AI and Machine Learning.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills allowing support of critical customer situations
Able to interpret and understand clients business and technical needs.
Ability to bridge between Clients technical needs/problem and IBM Lab/Development
Bachelor's Degree or technical equivalent experience
