Expert Administrator ConsultantsYour Role and Responsibilities
The Essential Management Administrator working closely and collaboratively with the Expert Operations and Support team. Having deep SME in areas of platform stability, and performance of large scale solutions. Similar to a role of a DbA the Expert Administrator is expected to be be able to be availble to able to work directly with clients and team members in a world-wide capacity including various timezones. Ability to work in a team environment, learn new skills, documentation and knowledge/runbook creation, comfortable communicating at various levels of management are a must. Flexibility to work in different timezones.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8+ years overall Experience & developing client relationships and strong rapport.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks and situations across multiple accounts.
Excellent problem-identifying skills, able to solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to pay attention to detail and the ability to help resolve technical issues.
Experience and knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS/IBM Cloud/Azure/Google).
Working knowledge of OS (Linux, Windows)
Ability to communicate effectively and experience presenting technical topics.
Team player and willing to learn, especially new technologies
Bachelor's Degree or technical equivalent experience Fundamental and/or strong knowledge in following technology & skills is an advantage. (Java, Shell scripting, Python, Kubernetes, Containers, Perl etc. )
Experience in the IBM Products: Cloud Paks, WebSphere Application Server, Tivoli
Monitoring, Instana, Watson AIOps.
Experience of concepts of AI and Machine Learning.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills allowing support of critical customer situations
Able to interpret and understand clients business and technical needs.
Ability to bridge between Clients technical needs/problem and IBM Lab/Development
