Job Description

Talent Acquisition discussions done with the Management about the kind of manpower required for the organization Talent management to fulfill the requirement the regressive search will be done on Naukri.com and references from both inside & outside the company. Employee on boarding was also responsible for the Onboarding process of th Newly Hired Employee Joining Documentation collecting all the necessary documents and handing over the necessary document to the employee which will give him more information about the company & its policies. Preparation of Job Descriptions to prepare JD's was also one task which I prepared from the inputs given by the management & from internet to make it as precise and informative as it can be
Time and attendance management was also responsible from maintaining T&A for the ., timely punch in & out, shift change etc with the help of Biometric installed Basic Payroll Activities ran basic payroll sheet for Pune staff Employee Leave management maintained separate sheet to register particular employee leave which included PL, CL, SL & Short Leaves. Employee Engagement activities conducted fun & informative activities for employee engagement with also the celebrations done on the respective festivals
