Position Overview
Identity Access Management Analyst
The Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst will be responsible for fulfilling day to day tasks involving the provisioning, de-provisioning, and management of all access related items within the scope of our team and driving automation into these processes utilizing our Identity Governance solution, SailPoint. Typical tasks will include processing requests for new and existing IT access, processing accounts and disabling access for terminated users, and working are various projects for the continued improvement and stability of the IAM team. This team member will be required to fulfill all requirements associated with being SOX compliant, including the maintenance of an approval structure for all account items, proper documentation over any access related items, and the ability to work with the various departments in order to further improve any discrepancies.

The Identity Access Management Analyst will be responsible for fulfilling day to day tasks involving the provisioning, de-provisioning, and management of all access related items within the scope of our team. The person will also assist the IAM Supervisor in onboarding and educating the group's interns, or other team members. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- Analyze and review each request submitted to our team for access, ensuring all levels of documentation and approvals are in place, while meeting service levels agreements with stakeholders and end users
- Become familiar with all applications within IAM scope, specifically with the admin functions
- Properly document all exceptions and request items for auditing purposes
- Review and action any termination sent from HR by disabling and removing all access associated to a terminated individual
- Ensure that all login activity is captured for a terminated associate to ensure there is no inappropriate activity performed after a person's leave date
- Documentation of all processed access and completion tasks to further ensure there is proper auditing documentation
- Analyze the scope of projects and execute the necessary steps to satisfy the business requirements
- Work with team members and other departments to ensure all pieces of the scope are captured and documented
- Assist in executing opportunities to improve processes and automate
- Help drive SailPoint automation initiatives
- Interact with SMEs across the company to trouble shoot issues as necessary
- Providing timely updates to tickets and responses to end users when requested
Qualfications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or other technology related specialty
- 1+ years of experience in IT and/or Information Security
- Experience in Identity Access Management related activities
- 1+ years of SailPoint or other Identity Governance experience
- Familiarity with basic audit requirements and principles
- Familiarity with IAM related tools, ideally SailPoint
- IT and/or Security certifications preferred
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills, people management skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in large multi-national organizations preferred
- Experience improving processes through automation
- Experience developing scripts or software for corporate tasks
