Billing Engineer Job For 5-10 Year Exp In Metro @ Metro Jobs Consultants

1. Prepare bill of quantities & bills.
2. Analysis of Rate as per CPWD.
3. Data entry & analysis in SAP.
4. Preparation of Estimation.
5. MIS reporting daily, weekly & monthly reports etc.
6. Check bills raised by the contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification.
7. Quantities Measurement at the site.
8. Review of bills of quantities and item list.
9. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors.
10. Construction supervision of civil interior works at the site, including safety, quality and time schedule.
11. Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.
12. Prepare detailed Comparative Statements.
13. Preparing reconciliation statements.
14. Preparing monthly & weekly cost reports.
15. Material Reconciliation: To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
