Position Overview
Description
JD:
Have 5-7 years of experience in IAM solution sizing, HLD/ LLD and implementation for a large enterprise or organization
Good understanding of IAM policy, standard and/or guidelines and Active Directory standard
Experience is review and developing policy and process/ procedures for access control, privilege access management, and segregation of duties
Configuration and implementation of PAM solution and perform access review
Hands on experience in Aggregations, Identity Refresh, Provisioning, Workflows, Tasks, Rules and Roles.
Good understanding of Directory Services (AD/LDAP) and different types of connectors (Microsoft AD, Azure AD).
Good understanding of ITIL processes and experience in managing tasks and operations support within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) across geographically distributed teams.
Privileged Identity Management tasks:

o Manage privilege user registration, de-registration, for granting/ revoking privileged access to all multi-user information assets including Operating Systems, Infrastructure Applications, Databases, Network Devices in scope.
o Follow the Privilege User Access Management policies and processes defined by Client and ensure compliance to the same for the in-scope IT Assets and Services.
o Provide the privilege access to Client and/ or Client appointed vendor for all the IT assets being managed.
o Perform the Privilege ID reconciliation and verification at least once in a quarter.
Other role requirements:
o Good knowledge on Core Java, XMLs, REST and SOAP web services
o Knowledge on Application Servers like Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, WebLogic etc.
o Strong Bash/Shell skills
o Good understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL, MYSQL etc.)
o Good programming and debugging skills
o Experience with Remedy, Service Now and Jira.
o Strong communication (Oral and Written) and Problem-Solving skills.
o Ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.
o Excellent technical writing skills (RCA, Incident Reports, etc.)
