Job Description
Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase business volume. This includes
advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations,
special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
To identify new business by generating new leads.
Assist the DOSM to prepare Annual Sales goals, develop working plans to carry out
goals, compare actual achievements against goals and hence take necessary
corrective action.
To meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
Review internal promotion material on a regular basis to insure that they are
consistent with standards set by the Management.
To maintain a productive and professional relationship with all clients.
Submit monthly and weekly sales plan and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily
sales/activity reports.
Maintain close contacts within the neighboring hospitality sectors, with airlines,
travel agencies, commercial houses, private clubs, professional associates, etc, to
capture business.
Develop and promote organization s image and awareness by direct mail campaigns.
Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
Assist the DOSM in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the
organization.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department
to achieve objectives established in the Organization s Strategic Plan.,
