The Collaboration & Productivity Engineering team within Goldman Sachs is leading the Firm into new technologies for cloud-based collaboration and productivity. Innovations in web, mobile, social, and workplace technologies are changing the way we work with our colleagues and our clients.
We are looking for an experienced engineer to focus on Chat/Social products including Teams, Slack, Symphony, and Skype. Working across global, cross-functional teams, you will engineer and implement compliant chat products, integrate our platforms with other cloud services, and ensure our customers have access and knowledge of the best product, fit-for-purpose. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
. Engineer and implement solutions within the product realms of Microsoft Teams, Slack, Symphony, and Skype for Business
. Coordinate and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
. Explore and develop new integrations with customer platforms of choice to integrate with firm compliant systems
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically Teams and its administration
. Strong working knowledge of Slack and its administration
. Knowledge of Lync/Skype for Business
. Strong communication skills, transparency, and ownership
. Strong problem solving skills coupled with quick learning in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
. Knowledge of Symphony and its administration
. Experience with Microsoft Security and Compliance Center
. Experience with Microsoft Graph API
. Experience with Azure applications and integrations with Microsoft Teams
. Software developer experience, specifically in the context of system automation
