About the Role :
Bank Account Management:
Assist with banking initiatives for a fast-growing company. Drive best practices and processes to build a best-in-class banking and treasury operations
Opening bank accounts in new countries to support of global expansion initiatives
Help manage banking relationships, KYC and account maintenance
Work cross functionally across teams, including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Collections, to set up optimal disbursements and cash receipt processes
Manage bank administration
Develop our banking capabilities and flexibility to scale in an orderly way
Drive efficiencies in bank fees
Manage daily cash liquidity of cash and reporting:
Manage daily cash reporting. Report worldwide cash balance by entity and counterparty
Perform daily cash position
Maintain cash balance to cover disbursements globally
Manage SOX compliance in the areas of cash management and banking
Drive system support:
Assistance in the implementation of new Treasury systems and other technologies
Provide support to ongoing maintenance of any Treasury systems
Supervise and mentor team members to build best in class treasury and banking operations
Shift timing : 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST
