Graduate with 8+ years of experience in process Training from BPO
Should have delivered international process trainings
To design and deliver training programs
Design training content to suit the requirements
Prepare action plans and implement it for all trainees who score less than the set targets
Collect and compile batch feedback
To ensure all information is used, accessed or disseminated as per the defined guidelines and for business purposes only
Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Offered : 6 L to 7.5 L pa
