Recruitment and Licensing are exclusive to those candidates who wish to join LIC of India and want to get a Professional and Independent status in Career, therefore every agent recruited, will have to pass IRDA Exam, and get a Professional license from LIC. The Commission Structure and Other benefits will be communicated to you by your SBA from time to time. After the successful completion of the exam, LIC Shall give a License to an Agent to run Life Insurance and Health Insurance business by means of approaching an Indian National in India or Abroad and shall promote a New Business of Life and Health within the jurisdiction of India. LIC of India welcomes every Indian of major age, male and female to come and join the Largest Insurance company of India and earn very lucrative commission and other benefits.
