.4-8 year of experience in ServiceNow as a developer & admin
.Implementation and support for ITSM modules: Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, knowledge management, Service level management, CMDB
.Strong knowledge in service catalog, workflow, order guide, record producer
.Knowledge in Azure AD - SN integration and SSO
.Foundation data management: Domain, Company, User, Group, Role etc.
.Knowledge in Integration, webservice admin (REST and SOAP)
.Strong knowledge in scripting Experience in writing the Scripts using Glide Objects, JavaScript
.Experience in service portal development and support
.Hands own experience in import set, transform map
.Strong knowledge in Business rule, ACL, client script, catalog scripting, UI policies, UI action, script includes, schedule jobs, Email configurations etc.
.Experience in ServiceNow custom developments
.ServiceNow admin, development, implementation best practices
.Experience in MSP Domain separated ServiceNow instance
.Good communication skill
.ITIL foundation
.ServiceNow certifications
