Software Verification Engineer @ ALSTOM India

Job Description

The candidate will be part of Application Engineering Team. He/she shall have the responsibility to prepare Interlocking Data, verify Interlocking data and interface with project in the role of a Work package leader.

Work package interface activity for projects Knowledge & experience (Functional/Technical/Professional):
- Working Knowledge of Computer Based Interlocking Systems Data design and test.
- Strong Knowledge of Signal Interlocking Plan, Control Table and Signalling Principles.
- Knowledge of Railway Signalling , ATC ,ATP , CBTC Systems
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows XP, Windows 7
- Software knowledge: C#, Software Debugging knowledge with Visual Studio. Competencies:

• Experience in Computer Based Interlocking data preparation and testing.
• Experience of Engineering development processes, methods and tools is essential with technical documentation
• Knowledge of Railway Signalling Systems and Interlocking Principles.
• Knowledge of CBTC Systems will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Interlocking testing.

Educational Level:

• Degree in Computer Science /Electronics and Communication Engg
