Department Overview
Sourcing & Vendor Management (SVM) sources external goods and
services for Credit Suisse by applying best-practices while mitigating key
commercial, contractual and reputational risks to the Firm.

business partners and key vendors to deliver increasingly high-quality and
efficient sourcing services through: commercial-valued and risk-mitigated
sourcing, analytical insights and market expertise, driving vendor innovation,
and supporting select third-party agreements during the fulfilment phase.
Role Responsibilities and Key Tasks

  • Support Credit Suisse
    (CS) and supplier users in our Source-to-Order (S2O) system, electronic
    signature system, any newly adopted system and related processes and
    controls

  • Support the team in
    Data Management and quality control activities

    • S2O Support Lead

  • Be an SME and advisor
    to the bank users in adopting some or all of the following tools and
    processes:

  • Electronic sourcing and
    eAuction tools

  • Contracts repository
    and eSignature tools

  • Purchasing module and
    related tools and processes

  • Lead to refresh and
    streamline user training and documentation on system and process

  • Lead or support
    continuous improvement initiatives both in process and systems

  • In addition, ad-hoc
    responsibilities as assigned due to changing business needs and to expand
    the candidate's scope of experience.

    manage internal (and as needed, external) teams

  • Constantly challenge
    and push the boundaries of team members and be accountable for their
    collaborative and efficient working styles.
