Job Description

Job Title : Manager - RTR - Closing & consolidation

Location - Kolkata
Candidate Expectations & Job Responsibilities:

Minimum 9+ Years of Experience required
Candidate should have experience in working in Indian Real Estate
Candidate should have expert knowledge of SAP/similar ERPs and MS-Excel
Candidate should have strong logical ability Strong analytical ability and strong problem solving skills
Candidate should have excellent English verbal & written skills
Candidate should have Team handling experience
Perform activities relating to Consolidation Application of IND AS Month end closing.
Preparation of standalone financials monthly Reporting GST/TDS reconciliation Audit support of different applicable audits as per schedule Support team as subject matter expert and participate to review teams deliverables.
Drive to exceed SLA performance.
Identify areas of improvement & execute implementation
