Job Description

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Preparation of
payment and receipt vouchers based on daily transaction.
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
Prepares and records Asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and
analyzing account information.
Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial
position/budget variance analysis.
Statutory compliances like TDS, Income Tax and GST
Payroll Preparation and releasing the pay-in-slips as well.
Maintain and update Day book
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly expense and income reports of each firms
Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven Masters in Commerce/CA inter passed/MBA
Knowledge about Tax laws, GST, TDS, Income Tax
3-5 years experience in corporate accounting/finance
Knowledge in Tally is a must
