Role and Candidate Expectation:
- Candidate must have 7+ years of experience in End to End Accounts Payable (AP/P2P) process.
- Candidate must have good/Fair understanding of US GAAP policies and procedures.
- Job holder will be responsible for managing end to end P2P operations.
- Ensure invoices are collated daily and processed in a timely manner and any queries logged.
- Coordinate the purchase to pay process in respect of matching supplier invoices to goods.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills and experience in managing staff.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written English
- Should be proficient in the use of desktop and workflow management tools
- Should be willing to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners up to a notice of 30 days are only preferred.
