Solution Architect @ NTT Data

Job Description

• Own Solution Design activities for Infrastructure Managed Services
• Responsible for designing Outsourcing Solutions for Data Centre Services & Cloud (Private Cloud Services, Data Center Operations, Server & Storage, Network & Security Services). Workplace Services (Service Desk, Onsite Support, Desktop Engineering & Mobility Support)
• Responsible for defining the target Staffing, Service Levels, Operating Model, Governance structure and Operational Service Improvement
• Interface with technical customer influencers. Present technical solution to Customer
• Participate in Client meetings to understand the requirements and develop a solution that meets the customer requirement and in most cost efficient way
• Assemble and provide direction to the extended solution team, create the solution blueprint covering, current mode of operation, future mode of operation, tool landscape, transition and transformation, key differentiators, assumptions and dependencies etc.
• Interface with technical customer influencers. Communicate technical solution to Customer.
• Assemble and provide direction to the overall solution team (key assumptions, dependencies, etc.)
• Owns communication across Technical Solution Team Leads and Service Delivery Technical Leads
• Own creation of key technical solution artifacts (Solution Summary, Cost Model, Detailed Description, DD report, )
• Ensure solution accuracy and costing and appropriate level of Technical Governance
• Support development of pricing strategy and legal positions in accordance with the tech solution
• Responsible for delivery handover before transition - communicate assumptions, risks & mitigation
