Job Description
You should have in-depth knowledge of binary and stair-step (Generation) compensation plans.
You will be responsible for suggesting a compensation plan to the company and getting executed by an experienced vendor. You must be well versed with the features required and fully automated software along with the mobile app.
You will manage website development, content creation, and lead generations.
This high-impact role will work across functions and, interact with prospects leaders and develop a team for customer care, motivation, and training.
Decide on the compensation plan, identify the right company to develop software, mobile app, and fully automated CRM.
Create content for a website
Write FAQ, training program, code of conduct, etc.
Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates

Bachelors Degree and 3+ years MLM marketing experience required in a network marketing company or as an independent network marketer
Excellent communication skills should be able to hold public events and a motivational speaker with strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
Strong financial and business acumen
Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
