Job Description
- 4+ years of experience in Supplier quality Management with hands on PPAP documentation and development
- Should have knowledge & hands on experience in PFMEA, Control Plan, Mistake Proofings techniques, Statistical Tools, Problem solving techniques, Continuous improvement, Data Visualization tools, QMS, GD&T, MSA, Capability studies
- Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance.
- Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques. (e.g. pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts and control plans.)
- Quality Tools & Techniques: Knowledge of Basic and Advanced Quality Tools and exposure to Product warranty and reliability.
- Knowledge of Assembly, Inspection and Testing
- Effective Communication skills, Teamwork & self driven
- Execute PFMEA for Assembly & welding Process, identify High RPNs & propose mistake Proofings
- Leverage Problem solving techniques to analyze customer claims, manufacturing issues & improve with short term & long-term solutions
- Co-ordinate with cross functional team to gather the data, analyze & provide insights to Quality Improvement team
Skills & ExperienceGage Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gage R&R), Manufacturing Process Controls, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Process Capability Analysis, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Process Control Charts, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
