Job Description
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution while building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved
Expert in 'getting stuff done' without looking back (does not just find problems but more importantly has solution(s) to them)
Embraces challenges encountered as positive experiences and uses them as learning opportunities for improvement for himself / herself as well as the whole Team.
Responsible for coordinating all Agile ceremonies (I.e. arrange daily stand-ups, facilitate story grooming, coordinate sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives, etc.)
Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations, and monitor satisfaction levels
Responsible for establishing new and enhancing existing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to demonstrate business value to key stakeholders and product owner
Able to do post mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
Skills & Experience.Net, AngularJS, C#, Java, Power Bi, SQL, Tableau, VBA, WCF, WPF
