Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
Cyient is looking for a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to support our global recruiting team. We are looking for talent acquisition professionals who enjoy working in a team environment and enjoy connecting candidates with the right opportunity. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be an important contributor to our talent acquisition team, working globally combining your research and sourcing skills to find candidates.You Will:
Use your keen sourcing abilities to proactively identify diverse talent through a variety of sourcing techniques
Implement key workforce diversity recruitment strategies and partnerships with affinity groups, professional associations, diversity recruitment conferences, community outreach programs and events
Use Social Media as a sourcing and branding tool
Conduct industry research, market analysis, and create company target lists
Provide consultation for advising and influencing around talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics
You will working in a global, collaborative environment helping us deliver best-in-class talent acquisition services
You'll Need:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a technical environment
At least 2 years supporting the North American or European regions
Thorough knowledge of/experience recruiting for professional roles knowledge and expertise in internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate cold calling, and innovative sourcing techniques
Proven experience effectively qualifiying candidates based on position requirements
Experience with Workday or other ATS
Must have experience working within a global team and environment
