Job DescriptionTechnical COE - RPA & Automation Developer
Reports to: RPA & Automation Technology CoE Head
Direct reports: NA
Key interfaces: Offering owners and SMEs across industry verticals, Solution architects, delivery head, digital sales team, account sales team, account delivery team
Role summary: Join the founding team and scale Cyient's technical CoE for RPA & automation with responsibilities across architecting solutions for deal pursuit and client engagements, PoC development, delivery of client engagements, focused IP/ accelerator development
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution delivery
- Help Project/ Delivery Manager in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same
- Help Project/ Delivery Manager in effort estimation and planning
- Delivery on RPA development projects and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery
- Pre-sales & solutioning support
- Participate in pre-sales process, contribute to creation of effective proposals for large, complex systems under the guidance of the RPA and Automation Technical CoE Head
- RPA project development
- IP/ accelerator development
- Design, architect and developmentof focused IP/ accelerators relevant to the CoE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (BE/ B.Tech)
- 3-8 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in RPA Automation roles
- Experience in participating in pitches to enterprise customers as a Team Member
- Experience in delivering large technical solutions to meet client business needs in industry verticals such as Utilities, Communications, A&D, Auto, Rail, Medical Devices managing scale delivery through optimal shoring with high client advocacy
- Expertise in creating technical documents like Architecture views, Design specifications
- Full stack engineering exposure (infra, integration, data, cloud, app), incl. UI/ UX design experience
- Experience in Agile, DevOps methodology, CI/ CD, familiarity with leading DevOps tools
- Experience in architecting automated workflows and RPA PoCs
- Expertise in at least one of market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path
- Expertise in workflow automation tools such as PEGA
- Deep understanding of RPA technology, lifecycle and architecture concepts
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and languages
- Basic knowledge on JavaScript, VB Script (or any scripting language)
- Demonstrated experience in process assessment, process documentation and analysis (PDD, SDDs), including specification of system requirements for business processes (data, presentation, and logic)

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, able to come out with solution by bringing in clarity & with quality assumptions, adapt and deliver results in unstructured situations
- Take ownership for outcomes produce high quality work product within deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to elevate technical discussions to business value for senior internal & external stakeholders
- Strong learning orientation stay abreast of the latest in industry and technology
- Strong team player, able to liaise with diverse set of internal/ external stakeholders
