Job Description:
To Execute Operation & provide Maintenance of Ropeway and Stacker Reclaimer to meet the supply target of Limestone for production

Ensuring availability of Ropeway, Stacker & Reclaimer and Belt Conveyor for optimum output.
Condition monitoring, periodic inspection and preventive maintenance for less breakdown.
Maximise running hrs of Ropeway, stacker & reclaimer machine
Availability of complete spares, tools and tackles
Opportunity maintenance monthly/daily - as per checklist of anomalies in coordination with the Preventive maintenance department

To execute the shutdown jobs for the optimization of the equipment and to ensure smooth operation

Optimise maintenance cost, Shutdown planning, allocation of Manpower, reduction in OT tools and Spares

To handle new initiatives to improve the efficiency, saving costs and time

Scheduling the activities required for the new initiatives
Plan for the future maintenance of equipment ensuring availability of the space for same maintenance
Trail and monitor the progress of the equipment to ensure desired outputs and the efficiency

To Implement Safety planning and to comply with the best environmental standards

Ensuring proper uses of PPE's, periodic safety round, status of coupling guards, safety SOP's
Safety gathering for workers - tool box talks for using equipment and fire safety, etc.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology
Minimum Experience Level:
7-10 Years
