Job Description

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.

Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries Required Candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Proven experience working in residential project / commercial project Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment The ability to interpret blueprints Outstanding leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skill.

SALARY 45K-55.8K+OTHER ALLOWANCES
