About Client
Our client is a an American business services company specializing in customer engagement and business performance.
Job Title: Non Voice Backend Process
Requirements

Good Communication skills
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Candidate should have atleast taken 1st dose of vaccination mandatory
Good technical knowledge

Shift: 5 days Night Shift
Work Location: Chandigarh
Week Off: 2 Day Rotational week off
Work from Office
