Job Description

NON - VOICE Process (Chat & Mail Process)
Minimum 6 Month of exp. into Chat & Mail Process (Mandatory)
Location - Ahmedabad
SHIFTS: NIGHT ONLY
1.Solving queries of customer Via mail or chat (NON - VOICE Process)
2.Raising tickets to query and having follow up with the same whether its done or not
3.Then transfer the query to relevant department if not solved by us.
PLEASE NOTE: WE NEED URGENT JOINERS WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATE BASIS.
IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE INTO THE INTERNATIONAL CHAT SUPPORT / EMAIL SUPPORT / BLENDED PROCESS THEN ONLY PLEASE APPLY.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH NIGHT SHIFTS AND WITH THE SALARY PACKAGE.
