Key responsibilities
Purpose/Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible to support the SCM Transformation primarily to drive the standardization governance, through process standardization mapping, with an ambition to track sustainability of agreed procedures, communicating with stakeholders, proposing and following -thru on status of developments with FPO/PPO on Maersk FLOW.
Key Responsibilities:
.Work with Maersk FLOW COE teams in Pune, Chengdu and Guatemala to collect sampled data in process mapping.
.Perform virtual Gemba to ascertain the quality data capture in Standardization Mapping
.Captures outliers/deviations from common practices/ agreed standards and deep dive on reasons
.Analyzes the opportunities and gaps to achieve 100% standardization and touch free process
.Summarizes and communicates the standardization summary and progress monthly with key stakeholders
.Communicate effectively with multiple teams COEs, FPO/BPO as per requirements in initiative
.Own the standardization mapping and observance of the governance, ensuring stakeholders are provided with right information at the right time
.Conduct training to users to ensure standardization mapping is accurately done.
.Prepare necessary materials/documents related to standardization and driving outcomes
.Be a guiding force in following-thru digitization solutions to zero-in on manual intervention and ascertaining long term resolutions are addressing customer/process issues
.Be a subject matter expert in FLOW
.Work with COE teams in ensuring common practices/agreed standards are adhered to with minimal to zero exceptions prior to go-live.
.Setup checking mechanism on key operations elements and monitor exceptions to reduce
.Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations adherence to company procedures and policies.
.Supports company commitment to ISO 9001, 14001, OSHAS 18001 certification
.Performs other position related duties as specified by managementWe are looking for
Position Specifications:
Education and Experience
.BA/BS preferred
.3-5 years of SCM or similar industry experience
.Solid SCM operations background.
.Client Management experience preferred
