The Position Assistant Manager - Human Resources will be based in Chennai (Sriperumbudur)

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do
  • Responsible for New Employee Orientation, Experience and Buddy System
  • Responsible for staffing and optimization plan
  • Responsible for Talent readiness for business needs
  • Responsible for Goal Setting, Performance Management, Talent Review Process
  • Working experience on Job Descriptions and fair knowledge on Competency Mapping and implementation
  • Work with support teams for Learning and Development programs
  • Develop new Training projects, based on the detection process execution of Learning needs and its effectiveness
  • Adherence of Learning requirements for internal and external Audits
  • Ensure completion of Compliance courses based on Corporate needs
  • Responsible for Rewards & Recognition programs

Here are a few of our preferred experiences
  • Post-Graduation in Social Work or Master's in Business Administration with minimum of 8 years of training and/or Talent Management experience in Manufacturing Domain
  • Good knowledge of Company Policies and Practices, with excellent writing, influential skills and organizational skills.
  • Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: Office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages.
  • Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and flex Ways of Working
  • Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
