We have an excellent opportunity for AWS SysOps Engineer- Mumbai Location-CMMI Level 4 - E-Learning Domain

Position : AWS SysOps Engineer

Location : Andheri Mumbai

Experience : 3 +Years

Requirement

• We are looking for AWS Certified candidates for SysOps role. If a candidate has 3+ years of experience in AWS but no certification, then can still consider provided AWS experience is upto mark.
• Candidates should be willing to work in rotation shift. (24*7 )
• Must have experience in CI/CD Pipeline and should be aware of APM (Datadog, Dynatrace etc)
• Experience in handling, monitoring, performing backup/restore/test disaster recovery for AWS RDS - Posgres, MSSQL & MYSQL platforms
• Powershell, bash scripting, monitoring & performing maintenance on build servers
• Experience with Datacenter NOC (Network Operations Center), SOC (Security Operations center) Security audits, ISO controls, Infrastructure security monitoring and patch management.

Role And Responsibilities-

• Handling incident management, problem management, change management as per operating guidelines.
• Maintain & troubleshoot end to end deployments, perform troubleshooting as per standard operating procedure and prepare RCA for outages.
• Remote troubleshooting & helpdesk ticketing workflow
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, backups and disaster recovery.
• Monitoring metrics for outages (alarm handling & escalations), triaging incidents with respective teams and RCA preparation.
• Perform inventory & cloud billing checks, preventative scheduled maintenance, perform upgrades, security patching & audit checks.
