We are currently seeking a HC and Insurance Operations Analyst to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil N du (IN-TN), India (IN).
In this Role you will be Responsible For
- Timely and accurate production and analysis of customer SLA reporting
- Gathering reporting data from various sources and sites
- Development and analysis of performance trending data
- Production and analysis of SLA reporting
- Continual improvement of reporting production to enhance quality & efficiency
- Working with the automation project team to identify & quantify key sources of data
- Cross checking automated and manual reporting for data accuracy & integrity
- Support of report automation project team
- Ad-hoc reports / analysis / projects as required
Requirements for this role include:
- University degree or equivalent that required formal studies of the English language and basic Math
- 5+ Excellent IT skills, specifically advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS reporting
- 3+ years of experience in SQL ( query writing for reporting)
- 3+ years of creating reports using SQL
- Strong data analytical & presentation skills
- Able to look at data from different perspective and offer alternative methods of presentation
- Ability to work on own initiative, adapting and responding to change - accepts new ideas and change initiatives when they arise, can adapt interpersonal style to suit different people or situations and shows respect and sensitivity towards differences.
- 5+ years of experience in the US Healthcare market that required a working knowledge of HCPCS, ICD and CPT codes
**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 6PM/4AM IST The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend s basis business requirement.
