We are currently seeking a Software Development Sr Associate to join our team in Pune, Mah r shtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
- Bachelor s degree (Preferred in medical field / master s degree in healthcare business administration (MBA) etc).
- Must have 2-3 years of working experience as Healthcare IT Support Analyst (BA) with HIS / EMR implementation at client site.
- Familiar with best healthcare operational and clinical processes.
- Good understanding of interface standards such as HL7
- Should be able to discuss and debate with client on best practices and drive clients towards adoption of best practices.
- Should have worked in hospitals or healthcare information system (HIS) service provider companies which must have implemented HIS / EMR in hospitals.
- Must possess strong quantitative & analytical skills to create, analyze and interpret the issues reported by customer and act as a bridge between internal and external stake holders.
- Should be able to analyze reported issues and provide a solution.
- Able to build effective customer relationship.
- Good experience in helpdesk management and documentation skills.
- Should have strong L2 support skills, self-driven, adaptability to different work schedules, effective verbal & written communication, time management, open to changes & challenges, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel for Short term/Long term within India as per project requirements.
- Willingness to work out of Pune, India for at least 2 years.
