Job Description

Hotel supervisors oversee all daily hotel operations and assist the hotel operations manager or general manager with all management tasks. Hotel supervisors are hired by hotels, motels, and resorts to work full-time hours during all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Hotel supervisors are part of a large team of hotel employees, but these professionals must be able to work independently and perform tasks without receiving much supervision of their own. Because many hotels and similar lodging establishments are often part of a chain, hotel supervisors may be asked to travel to other branches to assist with hotel management operations.
