Position Head - Product and Process Design and Development

Job Purpose: To lead Development team and drive process improvement projects.

Age 40 +

Education Engineering background minimum BE or ME in Mechanical / production or manufacturing related stream and MBA

Industry experience Engineering, Automobile, R&D.

Special requirement Should be strong in engineering calculations

Skills Engineering knowledge Analytical skills, Managerial Skills, Manufacturing Process knowledge. Batch / lot manufacturing knowledge.
